Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrived damaged or defective.
- Promotional items, customized products, gifts, and items perceived to have been used or damaged will not be eligible for return.
Return Process

2. Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging, including the original invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Ship the package to the provided return address using a traceable and insured shipping method.
4. Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
5. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 days.
Fraud or Criminal Activities
